AN ORDER

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgotten Password" menu item and enter the email address associated with your Sirius Diamant account. Then click "Submit." We will then send you your password via email. If your email address for your customer account has changed and you have also forgotten your password, we recommend setting up a new member account under the "New Membership" menu item.

The term describes the total amount of your Sirius Diamond order, including shipping costs and the statutory VAT of 19%.
All of our jewelry is individually handcrafted in the Sirius Diamond Ateliers. Therefore, we are happy to create custom pieces in other gold colors or alloys.
RETURN

You can return an order within 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items (custom engraving, a gold or gemstone request that differs from the item description, or chain lengths that differ from the standard (42 cm)).
Items that are unworn and have not been removed will be accepted for return. Items with signs of wear or without a tag are not eligible for return. Please remove the tag only if you intend to keep the piece of jewelry.
We will refund the amount within a maximum of 4-5 working days.
We do not cover return shipping costs. Customers must arrange their own return.

To ensure you can enjoy your Sirius Diamond jewelry for as long as possible, we offer a few valuable tips for storage and care. When grooming, make sure you remove your jewelry, as cleaning products can diminish its shine. You should also remove your jewelry when doing housework, as caustic cleaning agents can damage the materials of your jewelry! Make sure your jewelry comes into contact with water as infrequently as possible. Your silver jewelry, in particular, will tarnish with frequent contact with water. High outside temperatures and high humidity can cause pearls and stones to burst. Further information
Always store your Sirius diamond jewelry separately in a box with separate compartments and a soft bottom.
