Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that one or more goods are delivered in a single shipment;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if a good is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You can submit your withdrawal, for example, by letter or e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

Excluded from this are additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return costs within Germany

For orders with a delivery address in Germany, we provide a free return label for returns within Germany.

Please contact us at info@siriusdiamant.de so that we can provide you with the necessary return information.

The effectiveness of your statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on you using our return label or our return process. If you use a different, self-selected shipping method for a return within Germany without prior arrangement, we will not cover the resulting return costs.

Return costs for orders outside Germany

For orders with a delivery address outside Germany, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of a withdrawal.

This applies exclusively to returns based on a withdrawal or our voluntary right of return. Your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected by this.

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods

If there is a legitimate material defect or if you have received incorrect goods, your statutory warranty rights apply independently of your right of withdrawal and our voluntary right of return.

The expenses required for statutory subsequent performance, in particular necessary transport costs, will be borne by us. This applies regardless of whether the original delivery address is within or outside Germany.

In such a case, please contact us at info@siriusdiamant.de before returning the goods, so that we can coordinate the appropriate and safe return or further processing with you.

Compensation for value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

At Sirius Diamant, this may particularly apply to pieces of jewelry that are manufactured specifically according to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, for example:

  • pieces of jewelry with individual engraving,
  • custom-made items produced individually according to customer specifications,
  • specifically requested material, gemstone, or design variants not offered as standard,
  • individually manufactured dimensions or lengths, provided the jewelry is specially made to your personal specifications as a result.

Whether a custom-made product within the meaning of statutory regulations exists in an individual case depends on the specific method of production and individualization of the respective piece of jewelry.

Your statutory warranty rights remain fully in effect for individually made or personalized pieces of jewelry as well.

Voluntary 30-day right of return

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Sirius Diamant grants you a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

The voluntary 30-day right of return extends your statutory rights and does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights.

Conditions after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period

For returns made after the expiry of the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period and as part of our voluntary 30-day right of return, we ask that the goods:

  • be returned in full,
  • are undamaged,
  • show no signs of wear beyond normal fitting,
  • are returned with the associated product certificate, and
  • existing original labels and components are included as completely as possible.

These additional conditions apply exclusively to our voluntary right of return after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. Your statutory right of withdrawal during the first fourteen days is not restricted by this.

Return costs for the voluntary 30-day right of return

For orders with a delivery address in Germany, we also provide a free return label for returns within Germany as part of the voluntary 30-day right of return.

For orders with a delivery address outside Germany, the customer bears the direct costs of return, even within the framework of the voluntary 30-day right of return.

Individually made jewelry

Individually made or clearly personalized jewelry is excluded from our voluntary 30-day right of return.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected by this.
