This loyalty program was designed to reward our valued customers for their loyalty, purchases, and referrals. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

The Sirius Club loyalty program (“Program”) is operated by Sirius Diamant and provided via the official website www.siriusdiamant.de. All persons participating in the Program (“Member”) automatically accept these Terms of Use.

2. Purpose of the program

• Reward loyal customers by collecting Sirius Coins
• Promoting long-term customer satisfaction
• Support for acquiring new customers through the referral program

3. Terms and Conditions of Participation

• All customers who shop via www.siriusdiamant.de are eligible to participate.
• Membership is free .
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Each person may only have one customer account.
• Sirius Diamant reserves the right to block accounts in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, or technical manipulation.
• The program is operated via the Smile.io loyalty system. By participating, members automatically accept the way this system works.

4. What are Sirius Coins?

• Sirius Coins are digital bonus points that are collected through purchases or defined activities.
• 100 Sirius Coins = €1 discount
• Sirius Coins are not a means of payment, are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn.
• Redeemable only at www.siriusdiamant.de.

5. How do you collect Sirius Coins?

5.1 Purchases

For every confirmed purchase, members receive 5 Sirius Coins per €1 spent . The credit is usually applied within 24–72 hours of order confirmation.

5.2 Referral program

Members can invite friends by sharing their personal referral link .

The referral bonus is only granted if the referred friend:

• registered with the Sirius Club
• and places a first qualifying order of at least €250

If the referred friend fulfills both conditions, the rewards will be credited automatically:

• Referring person: €20 in Sirius Coins
• Referral bonus: 1,000 Sirius Coins

Self-referrals and multiple accounts are excluded.

5.3 Other ways to earn coins

• Birthday: 2000 Sirius Coins
• Sign-up bonus: 1000 Sirius Coins
• Follow me on Instagram: 100 Sirius Coins
• Like on Facebook: 100 Sirius Coins
• Follow X (Twitter): 100 Sirius Coins
• Further special promotions at the discretion of Sirius Diamond

6. Redeeming Sirius Coins

• 100 Sirius Coins = €1 discount
• Coins can only be used for product purchases.
• Shipping costs and certain services may be excluded.
• The possibility of combining it with discount codes depends on the specific campaign.
• No retroactive redemption for orders already completed.
• No expiration date: Sirius Coins currently have no expiration date.

7. Returns and Coin Adjustments

• In case of returns, the credited coins for this order will be automatically deducted.
• If coins have been redeemed for a purchase, they will be credited back to the account.
• If the referred customer returns their first purchase, Sirius Diamant can reverse the coins granted to the referrer.

8. Abuse and unauthorized activities

• Multiple accounts / fake accounts
• Self-recommendations
• Technical manipulations
• Fraudulent orders
• Abuse of the Smile.io systems

Sirius Diamant reserves the right to reclaim any unlawful benefits.

9. Changes to the program

Sirius Diamant reserves the right to change, pause, or completely discontinue the following points at any time:

• Bonus rules and values
• Membership levels and promotion requirements
• Terms and conditions for collecting and redeeming vouchers (e.g., validity periods)
• Referral program rules

All changes will be published on www.siriusdiamant.de and will apply from the date of publication.

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details regarding data processing can be found in the privacy policy and guidelines of Smile.io.
